Before the townhouse, before Porto, there was Gerês.
A place the family returned to season after season, to build their own summer house — not as a project, but as a refuge.
Set within Portugal’s only national park, the house grew slowly.
Built little by little, shaped by the landscape, the water, and the surrounding silence.
Over time, that private house became something others wanted to experience.
Not a hotel, but a place to stay close to nature, away from constant presence.
Today, the estate is formed by six villas set by the water, protected by distance.
What feels remote is what preserves it.
